We had to develop a website template to connect 500 artisans on bridgeafrica.com, as well as a network account that would regroup all 500 artisans.
Completed Activity
We successfully developed a website template that would enable 500 artisans have websites on bridgeafrica.com. This template enables artisans to display their products on our marketplace, engage with customers through messaging, gain more visibility through their integration in our online business directory.
In addition to the website template, we also built a network account, titled Les Artisans Textiles du Cameroon/The Textile Artisans of Cameroon. This is a special account that regroups all 500 actors of the project. Through this network, businesses can communicate with one another through messaging for B2B transactions, while project staff can reach out to all 500 connected artisans simultaneously.
